Ellie Brim, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Ellie created Club Social from a place of heart. After years of working with children, teens, young adults, and families, she kept seeing the same need: people wanted more than services. They wanted connection, friendship, confidence, and a place where they could simply be themselves and feel like they belonged.

For more than 20 years, Ellie has worked alongside children, families, educators, and school teams. Her experience with the Clark County School District has given her the opportunity to support students with a wide range of strengths and needs, including those with complex behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. She has worked closely with families and school teams to build supports that are individualized, practical, and meaningful in everyday life. She has also taught college-level courses focused on autism and special education.
As a BCBA, Ellie believes the strongest progress happens through relationships. She wants every person who walks into Club Social to feel seen, respected, encouraged, and safe enough to grow at their own pace. She believes support should never feel cold or clinical - it should feel human, hopeful, and built around the individual.
Club Social is the result of that belief. Ellie's vision is to create a place where children, teens, and young adults can laugh, make friends, practice real-life skills, gain independence, and create memories while receiving the support they need. More than anything, Ellie wants Club Social to be a community where every person knows: you belong here.
Bambi Murillo, RBT
Bambi is one of the people who helps make Club Social feel welcoming from the very beginning. She works closely with families, clients, and staff and helps keep the many moving pieces behind the scenes organized so families can focus on what matters most - their child's experience and progress.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and seven years in behavioral health, Bambi brings a strong background in scheduling, insurance, billing, authorizations, practice management, training, and family support.
As an RBT, Bambi also has the opportunity to work directly with clients, giving her a unique understanding of both the administrative side of services and the personal side of supporting individuals and families.
Bambi is passionate about helping families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their experience with Club Social. She is an important part of creating the warm, organized, and family-centered environment we want every person to feel when they walk through our doors.
The Club Social Team
Our amazing team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work under BCBA supervision to provide individualized and group support. Together, we help clients build social, communication, emotional regulation, independence, and everyday life skills through engaging activities and real-world experiences. We're here to cheer on every step of the journey!
